Cicis Pizza - Terrell

I order my own pizza, because I like those who are not on the buffet and from 2 both were made wrong. They still taste good, but I wish they had enough to listen. Honestly, this place has gone downhill as different management has a different mood. I really have to stop going here because it's always something I just left because my daughter and her boyfriend wanted to go. Order pizzas on a good note to go here are pretty good.

The worst Cici? I've been there before! You go in and it smells like sweat and mildew. Should? ve turned around there, but my children were thrilled because they loved the situation in Mesquite. Trash is everywhere on the floors and it looks like it had been disassembled or cleaned in a LONG time. Dead villains in the playroom - only a disturbing experience.

Had an order over the phone and was told it would take 15 minutes. When we arrived and were finally taken into the window (after another 10 minutes) we were told that the order was never switched on when we originally called. When we expressed our concerns, no one has done anything to destroy the situation. We find it very disrespectful that they don't even waste time.

I and my children really enjoyed our experience here. Usually, if we go to Cicis most of their games, don't work, but we were just playing here for an hour. The buffet was filled with everything we love in this place. Customer service was great. I entered a few times and was welcomed every time. They came and freed the used plates from the table, as our table was filled with empty plates. The price is always appropriate for a single mother of 4 children a d we are all overcrowded and happy. We will definitely return to this place while we visit friends in Terrill. Go on!

My cinnamon rolls look like they came straight out the TRASH CAN. I am super PISSED?? Then to add insult to injury, look at how they?re placed in the box, as if they were picked up with a pair of tongs and thrown in a spot. There was plenty of time to make a fresh batch being that my order was a 30 minute wait according to the DoorDash app. I placed my own order through DoorDash but as a pick up order. These look cold and crusty. Seriously?!?!
