Chipotle Mexican Grill - Terrell

I came on 7/31/23 and they are giving out small portions of meat and rice. My sister constantly had to ask the worker for more rice after she gave her a half scoop and a little more steak after giving her another half scoopFood: 1/5

First of all, wth? What’s wrong with the manager? If you could even call her a manager because what a horrible customer service. I was a service manager for some years at chipotle and to see how bad this chipotle looked and the way these people’s customer service was.. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! For one, the line was disgusting. Two, the manager and the other young girl were slamming and had attitudes, no type of team work (as I was trained and trained other to work smarter and not harder. Three, they were out of things on their line and the grill guy was already cleaning the grill when it’s only 9pm. Four, trash all over the place. The trash bins were over the top! And lastly, five, we had to leave the place because that’s how uncomfortable we felt with the way how the employees, including the manager’s attitude were towards us. Mind you, we had kids with us and the least we want us to feel is unwelcome.

Quality of food definitely declines as the day gets later. Rice gets crunchy, steak gets chewy, and vegetables don't seem fresh.Food: 3/5

Really enjoyed the chicken al pastor burrito bowl! It's just your standard Chipotle but everything was what you would want and expect from a place like this.Food: 5/5

I walked in around 2:22 this afternoon to place my order. There was no one in line so I walked straight to the front. There were 4 employees behind the counter and one in the lobby eating her lunch and on the cell phone. While standing there, no one greeted me, said just one moment, or acknowledged me in any way. They saw me standing there and just kept doing whatever. The lady with the colorful (lavender I believe) hair was literally walking in circles looking for something to do besides help the customer. After 2 mins of being invisible to all employees I decided to walk out. Very unprofessional and rude.
