Restaurant Tenuta 6 - Terrebonne

We went to tenuta just before Christmas. always such a beautiful welcome and a peaceful setting that gives the taste to the discussion. The meal was exquisite. the original pasta, the dente to be desired with a sauce out of the ordinary,The others took meats that were equally delicious. Vincent, the owner spoiled us with a small digestive liqueur offered by the house.

The prices for meals, wines and beers are high (too high for the drinks knowing the real cost). But the quality of the service and the food is as high. The gnoccis that I took were perfect. People that I was with during this dinner enjoy there meals too. They took a coffee that seems great but my earl grey tea was not that good (a cheap Lipton's tea). With the dessert and 1/3 of the wine price, the complete dinner cost me about 60$ without the tip. Ambiance is good. The location of this chic restaurant is a bit weird near a cheap grocery.I recommend this restaurant for the overall experience. But this is not the kind of the place that I can afford on a regular basis.

I've had a very often chance to visit tenuta. It's one of my favorite restaurants in the area. I haven't been back for at least six months. Why is this reaction? First the menu doesn't change much. The menu of the day looked strangely at the last time, but the steak, so good, was no longer there, now on the card and more than $40 for a smaller steak. The asparagus soup was good. The lobster salad is good but little lobster. the cooked steak in accordance with the request. We can choose from a selection one choice. fried apples matches were small matches that were very sad without too much flavour. dessert is good. beautiful wine card whose prices have increased. the service is smiling, but too familiar with a waitress who makes personal remarks and mixes with conversations: nice but moved. the service was slow malgree a room almost empty. We have eaten well but at prices that compare to the good restaurants of watch. count more than $100 per person taxes and service included.

The service was very good. food, excellent (entrance of fried calamars, wild mushroom risotto), good wine choice. The place is well decorated. However, I find that prices are a little expensive.

First visit to this restaurant that is on top of a very nice board. decorated soberly but with taste, the atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed, it was an excellent start. Our waitress was super nice, came to enquire and fill our glasses regularly, but still without disturbing, frankly, the service has satisfied me. The wine list is very well garnished, the choice is good, the prices are even honest. I was pleasantly surprised at this level. The kitchen is, in my opinion, the great disappointment of this restaurant. nothing new or exceptional on the menu. The mouthing, a tapenade with olives, offered graciously on the back, left nothing to presume good, I took a bite, the taste was not good and did not seem fresh. I took the tuna tartar in the hall and my husband took the beef tartar. My entry was something and was tasteless, and the presentation was a little to be desired. My husband's plate was a little better, his beef tartar was better seasoned. Then I took the linguini to the lobster and my husband ravioli to the cute net and foie gras. My plate was really disappointing, there were very few lobsters and the pieces were tiny... lobster in box, that's certain! What a disappointment. Once again my husband's plate was better, but nothing that justifies the price. The best part of the meal, dessert. the destructed cannolo was good and the portion was generous enough to be shared. I liked it. In the end for a meal over $200, I can say that this restaurant is not worth it. unless the kitchen is completely reviewed, I would not return to this restaurant, a shame, since it is so close to my place.
