Subway - Terre Haute

Two sandwiches. Meatball for the kid and steak and cheese for me with the onion sauce which is there signature sauce for the chicken teriyaki but gotta mix it up right.

Did take-out last night ordered 3 foot long subs. Got home to sit down for supper and noticed my sandwich had no sauce (Pizza Sub). Wife calls and told them what had happened and the person on the phone was rude and told my wife there wasn't anything they could do about it and hung up on her. I don't see us coming back to that store. It's the one we normally go to. Good thing there's more than one here in Terre Haute. By the way this is the store on Ft. Harrison.

That’s unbelievable! The restaurant is losing money and customers due to the laziness of the staff! I placed an online order, but I didn't realize my partner wanted to make our two-foot-long sandwiches into combos. After picking up our order, he told the staff he was willing to pay extra for the upgrades, but they said he couldn’t do that! What? Why would they prevent him from paying extra for two sandwiches and getting chips and drinks? That makes absolutely no sense!

When our sandwiches were finally served, they were laughably poorly made, even after being toasted. As I was expressing my concerns, the manager dismissed me and remarked that they "got what they deserved." To top it all off, the soda machine only had one type of drink available. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience.

The food is great, and there's no requirement for masks or vaccination proof.
