Sonic Drive-in - Terre Haute

I typically don't write reviews, but if they make a mistake with your order, they said they would need a receipt to fix it. However, they didn't even give us a receipt, so it seems like they have no intention of replacing the food we paid for.

I regret not reading reviews before visiting this restaurant. The food was cold and burnt, which is unacceptable. Additionally, there were items missing from my order and I had to drive back to have them replaced. The manager did not apologize for the inconvenience. Even the replacement order had problems, with the food still being burnt and the staff displaying an attitude problem. I will not be returning to this establishment.

I should really read reviews before going places, food was cold and burned not sure how to manage that even missing items from my order had to replace the whole way back, managers could not even harass themselves for the inconvenience. I get the preliminary placement even less in replacement than the first time food still burned and staff has a setting problem I WILL NOT back
