Ruby Tuesday - Terre Haute

Nice quiet atmosphere with affordable meals. We love the steaks. The newly improved salad bar is an added bonus. Staff are friendly. We enjoy a relaxing and unhurried environment. I miss the cooked spaghetti squash side.

Fast service and food was good. Plenty of parking and easily seen from the road. The menu has the typical verities, something for everyone. They have the salad bar (I did not have), things looked good, cold, and clean. Nice bar setup with TV's. My only concern was that it looked to be all youngest kids working (servers) and they clumped up a lot and talked loudly to one another. Other than that great.

12 of us walked in at about 5pm on Sunday..we were seated in minutes. I wish I remembered our waiters name because he was great!!! I know we surprised them with the amount km people but he did a great job managing drinks...food..more drinks and dessert. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because my food was a little chilly..but given the fact that I know they were not used to that many people I was not going to complain. We will be back.

The medium well burger was outstanding. I asked for the fries to be extra crispy and they came out perfect. Nice timing by the cook all the way around. Did not have the option online to leave off the onions pickles. The bar tender/server had a slightly off putting attitude when I gave her the coupon for my free birthday burger though. Either she hates for RT to lose the revenue on a single burger or hates decent customer service. Nevertheless, she needs training on how to respond to customers who are being very polite.

Started out good. Salad bar was really good. Burger was good. Service started out good but by the end our server was sitting in a booth near us and never got up. After asking for our check 10min went by, still no check. Finally got up and asked for it again. Not sure I'll go back for a while.
