Denny's - Terre Haute

Ordered in the app for asap pickup. That was a joke. Pickup was 2:4 8 am and i just got my food at 3:09am. What's the point of ordering ahead if you have to give them more time to hand it to you than it would've taken to make the whole meal? There was a guy waiting to order take out when i got there, and I had to tell the girl that he was there when i came in and was still waiting. I actually had him trying to order via the app from the little bench inside the door rather than sit there endlessly just waiting to order. When the girl does finally decide to wait on us, it was a bunch of meaningless apologies and excuses regarding how she was by herself. Well, the manager was there and was seating people when I arrived, but then he had disappeared. My food wasn't bagged and ready to come out to me after all that waiting either. The girl went back and inquired about it,and the manager supposedly bagged it and brought it out to me without the drink that was already ordered and paid for and without the toast for either meal. I haven't left the parking lot yet because I wanted to make sure I said what I thought, but that was definitely my worst Denny's experience ever, and I will be very surprised if the rest of the order is correct. If you don’t have enough people to work and to run the restaurant, or if you’re not gonna provide good service, maybe you shouldn't be 24 hours......just saying.

Needs a good cleaning. Food stuck onto the tables. Food was okay. Told the waitress the menu needed wiped down has soda all over it and watched her put it back with all the other.

Was at the restaurant last night at 930pm may 23rd and had a wonderful waitress she was amazing. I wasn't in a good mood and she just took time to care and made me laugh and it helped out so much. She rocks from a first responder and military its hard to be able some times to have a good day and she changed it in 5 seconds.

Stood at the door over 3 minutes with not even one I am right with them and it was very slow. I couldn't even get drinks or service. corporate must look into this load. absolutely ridiculous. ihop begins to get my attention to the business. if I could give negative stars, I would

Terrible! not there! extremely slow service! 30 minutes waiting for an icy! an hour for our eating that was cold and that was wrong! that was our second and last visit!
