Il Vinaio - TERNI

Went for lunch pretty much the only choice, but a good one. Ate out on the terrace with a stunning view of the countryside. Charming waitress was very helpful. The whole meal was nice and had a very good bottle of wine but the carrot flan that I had for my appetizer was one of the single best things I have ever eaten. The pasta with broccoli and sausage was also good, but I will remember the carrot flan forever.

Quite a lovely little place with wonderful food and service. Really wish I could have spent more than 1 night there.

We booked a late dinner for 7 friends at a table in the little piazza of via Cavour. The menu had many good choices and the wine was well advised by the staff. There was good local and typical cuisine, full of flavour. The food came out in good time and was delicious with good portions. The food and service was great and the final touch was the beautiful setting amongst the charming old buildings in this little piazza of Terni.

Casually, we were largely satisfied. pleasant and welcoming location, unexceptionable service, friendly staff. the dishes were a pleasant surprise: excellent pastry frill, cheek and pecorino and lamb with artichokes. a beautiful discovery of the cecapecore wine a Umbrian red of gradation but harmonious and balanced in the mouth. recommend without delay. adequate price.

I had dinner in this place last Friday, guest of a friend. nice structure and friendly staff. dishes are part of the ternana tradition, good cuisine but not excellent. a great flaw for a local who wants to give the image of confidentiality was the next caciara table, the only one who felt in the square. to which the owner is added without raising awareness of the less charitable behaviors.
