Honestly couldn't fault a thing at all, wonderful service from the moment we stepped into reception, huge dog friendly room with plenty of outdoor space for her to stretch her legs. Close to supermarket and shops. The kitchenette and bathroom in the room has everything you need all spotless and in good condition. And the icing on the cake the comfiest motel beds I've ever slept in! I really can't wait to visit again one day soon. Service: 5

Would not recommend. Tried to phone direct 5 times to book when the phone call hung up on me and was unable to leave a message. I had no option but to book through another website which l never use. Usually l would book through the motel direct. On arrival found no microwave in my room as advertised nor is there room service for breakfast anymore as advertised and the restaurant is closed. My money was direct debit out of my account on booking. The owner refused to give a refund for the 2 nights so l could go elsewhere. I find this is false advertisement and totally unacceptable. I have stayed here many times before and was very happy with the service. However, l have since found out there are new owners and there is a problem when they do not know what is advertised for their own motel. I will add this is the first review I have ever made, but I felt it necessary to let people know this information.

Been coming here almost monthly for four years for three night stays. Since Tamlee left the experience has been mixed namely but not solely around dining. Sent a nice but informative private to overall head organisation 2 months ago to let them know of areas of concern and to avoid public embarrassment. No reply. Tonight cook sick so no dining. Understand sickness happens but why no contact to in house bookings. Has been a great 4 years coming here staff good got to know a lot of them but the string of managers since Tamlee have been disappointing. We have tried to persevere but their biggest mistake has been poor management since. Mark
