Essex Kebab - Tendring

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but the delivery fee is exorbitant. Just Eat charges £3.50 for delivery, and Food Hub charges an additional £2.00 on top of your order. Because of these high prices, I will not be ordering from this kebab shop again, especially since other kebab shops in Clacton-on-Sea offer free delivery. I will be switching to Dillons 2 instead, as their food is just as good and they offer free delivery.

The meat is good at this restaurant. I always order the large kebab mix, but the only downside is that there isn't enough sauce and salad for the amount of meat, and the large fries are not very big. The service is very nice and the delivery is fast.

This restaurant is definitely worth a visit. The food is fantastic and fresh, with many items to choose from. The staff is friendly and always ready to help with a smile. It's a great dining experience overall.

Have used this establishment for a few years now and have always had good service. Ordered tonight on line with a comment in the dietary box as usual. On arrival of food no salad in the kebabs although salad was ordered. Contacted the establishment who read the order out to me and I confirmed that the order was for salad in the kebabs. The person who answered the phone said he had a driver there and would see where he was going but if not would bring some salad out himself. No salad arrived. It may only seem like a trivial mistake but I expect to get what I ordered. Will not be using again.

Late delivery. All meat dry and burnt, I dont know how you can burn meat to that extent. All went in the bin. I phoned up and was told I will get a replacement and a note with my details has been put on the system. I said OK I wont leave a bad review until now.... I ordered the same meal tonight waited 1 hour 30 mins, delivery driver said its £13.30. I said no its a replacement. He phoned essex kebabs to check and asked if they read my comments. The man in the kebab house wanted to talk to me and said it doesn't work like that. So they lied to me and he said I have to pay the Delivery driver £8, which I refused and said tell the driver to take it back. So its 11pm now and no dinner! Delivery driver was polite and friendly. The kebab man in the shop was rude on the phone. And I will never order from here again, and would advise everyone else to never order from essex kebabs. Terrible service. Terrible food. Liars. And rude.
