Eat One 8 One - Tendring

The Thai food they serve is great the king prawn pad Thai is one of the best I’ve ever eaten by far and the ladies who serve always friendly and polite

I used to go in there a lot, it was good but my last couple of visits put me off. The food is good but the service is terrible. Waiting staff seem to prefer doing anything other than what they are being paid to do. They forget to take your order, forget items from your order and give you things you haven’t even ordered. The last time I went there I walked out after half an hour of sitting there, I’d ordered but hadn’t even got the coffee I ordered, two lots of diners that came in after me had got there’s, the waitress that took my order was too busy outside trying to jump start somebody’s car........ Maybe they’d do a better job if the owners gave them the tips that the customer has left instead of keeping the cash for themselves.

Very friendly staff. nothing too much trouble. excellent value for money. Kept cafe open for us after going passed closing time.

We visited eat one 8 one at lunch as a four. Everyone had something different! The food smelt amazing and tasted even better! The prices are such good value for 5* food! The curry tasted delicious and the rice was so fluffy and light. Give it a go see for yourselves! Enjoy x

We went for lunch and got 3 paninis and a large portion of chips. The paninis were generously filled. The service was exceptionally friendly. The value for money was also excellent. Would highly recommend!!!
