Your pizza is the hands down my favorite, and that says something; WNY is famous for big pizza! I usually like a soft thick crust, definitely not a thin crispy type guy, and that's what her pizza is, but it's the perfect mix of crispy and chew. The sauce is full of taste, not too heavy on spices, and the mixture of cheese is delicious. You also have a lot of topping combinations I've never had before. If you are looking for a great place to eat, trust a local where homemade pizza prevails and eat at Paulie.
As soon as you enter, the smell from the oven beats you and your mouth begins to water. The pizza is absolutely delicious, with the perfect amount of cheese to sauce ratio and a crispy that would envy every place I recently visited in Italy. The salads are colourful, crispy and satisfying and the garlic knots.... the garlic knots... a buttery, creamy exterior and fluffy like the sky on the inside.
I've been going to Paulie for five years and I'll never stop it as long as it's open. Even under new leadership, I always feel welcome and I hope it will remain open for a long time
Five star food and service. We ordered Margarita Pizza and Chicken Parmigiana from Paulie for lunch today. Everything was so delicious and serving was also really great for the family of four. The pasta came in my fridge with a chicken stall. Oil
