It's an average spot for grabbing a quick bite to go. However, the bagel I received was incredibly hard, and the person preparing it didn't seem to prioritize hygiene, as they handled both money and the bagel without washing their hands. Not great.

I ordered the everything bagel with cream cheese, and it was fantastic. The flavor was outstanding, and the bagel was incredibly fluffy. There’s a wide variety of options available. While it’s a bit on the expensive side for bagel sandwiches, it’s still a reliable choice for a quick breakfast.

I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese on a plain bagel, and it was quite good! The bagel was soft and chewy, while the sausage tasted good, although I thought it could have been a bit thicker. I have to be honest; while it was enjoyable, it wasn't the best bagel I've had in New Jersey. Additionally, I found the price to be on the higher side ($7.75) since I can get a similar sandwich at Eli's in Towaco, NJ, for around $5 and some change. However, if you’re looking for a solid bagel, this place is certainly a good option. Regarding the service, my experience was fairly neutral, so I can’t confirm or dispute the numerous negative reviews on that front. I called in my order and was quickly connected after being placed on a brief hold, so there weren’t any major issues there. When I picked up my order, the staff was reasonably friendly, though a bit indifferent; there wasn’t any negative attitude, at least. I suppose this could vary depending on the time of day and how busy they are. I might return and will update this review if I have any new insights.

Updated review: The bagels themselves are quite good, though the amount of cream cheese served is incredibly lacking, and other aspects often fall short as well. Unfortunately, the customer service has taken a turn for the worse. At one time, everything seemed to improve, possibly due to new management, but they've now reverted to their old ways. One tall woman was just staring blankly instead of assisting customers, while an older lady needed help from four people just to gather a few bagels. The rest of the staff appeared dazed and confused. This place really needs to keep the bagel maker but overhaul the entire team. A thorough cleaning and a remodel would help too. They should also consider offering better cold cuts, cutlets, salads, and a nicer display for the fridge.
