Great and fast service very warm and comfortable atmosphere,sounds like a beer and a shot kind of place and it is plus it's so much more, you can sit at the bar where they have a very large selection of drinks or craft cocktails or at a table and order from a huge menu, we ordered pulled pork and French dip sandwiche garlic frys so delicious ,

I was really excited to try this place but was highly disappointed. I ordered over the phone. When I get off to pick up my order there was a sign that read wait for hostess . I stand there for a few minutes and I can see the hostess as she is just a few feet in front of me. She doesn 't even look up once. I walk in to where she 's standing and still no acknowledgement that I 'm right in front. Not until I say Hi, I 'm here for a pick up . While I wait, I try and make small talk but it just felt awkward. Strike one: Bad service. The food..ohhhhh the food. I ordered two tri-tip sandwiches that came with fries, and an order of Jack 's tacos. I had high hopes for the food. I was willing to forgive the bad service. I came home and tried the tacos first. They were the most basic carnitas I 've had. The meat was flavorless, unseasoned mush. The tri-tip sandwiches had sooo much fat in it that it was near impossible to take a bite without having a mouth full of fatty blubber. I 've had tri-tip that was easy to bite through, these sandwiches were not that. I was literally fighting my sandwich just to take a bite. The fries were stiff and flavorless. Strike two: flavorless, substandard food. All in all, for what we paid for this visit i was not happy. I felt hungry. I paid $50 for three tacos, two sandwiches and stale fries. That was not the problem, problem was the flavorless mush I had to down with my drink because it was just so dense. The fatty parts in my sandwich. The hard, stale fries that looked like I could 've gotten them from my local grocery store. I will not be returning. Not worth my time or money.

If you are within 50 miles, make sure not to miss Jack's! This restaurant is fantastic. The staff is incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. Kandice was an amazing server. Even after a couple of weeks, I still can't get over how wonderful our experience was. The food was delicious. The nachos were served in a coffee can and they were a must-try! The cheese sauce was incredibly creamy. If nachos are not your thing, definitely give the filthy fries a try! Thank you for a fantastic dining experience.

Although I visit Templeton at least once a month, this was my first time trying this restaurant. I now regret not coming here sooner. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by an extremely friendly waitress who quickly seated us. Another friendly waitress came shortly after to take our drink orders. I couldn't resist trying the dirty margarita, which was amazing with pickle juice, olives, and other condiments. My food arrived promptly and was delicious - the fish and chips were piled high, the barbecue chicken was tender and covered in tasty sauce, the green beans were perfectly cooked in butter and garlic, and the mashed potatoes were to die for. Overall, I had an excellent experience and will definitely be back.

The food is so so, but I wouldn?t complain about the food. There were a lot of flies flying around us while we were having lunch, super annoyed and I couldn?t even finish 30% of my lunch because of those flies. Wouldn?t come back!
