Saigon Bay - Temple Terrace

I visited this popular restaurant for the first time. Overall, it was an okay experience. We enjoyed the chicken noodle soup, but the beef stir fry was lacking in flavor. Our waiter could have been more friendly, although the language barrier might have contributed to that. The boba tea was delicious—I particularly loved the mango flavor. They have a wide variety of dishes featuring chicken, beef, or shrimp. The location is convenient, and parking is easy. The restaurant is very clean, and the prices are reasonable. They offer options for dining in, eating outside, and carry-out as well. I would recommend it!

We had a great time at the restaurant. My daughter ordered the beef, while I chose the pork with broken rice. We also kicked things off with some fresh spring rolls. The staff was very friendly, and the food was excellent!

Incredibly delicious! I've tried Vietnamese food all over the country, and this place ranks as my favorite. Everything was fresh and served hot. The flavors were truly authentic, with crispy vegetables, flavorful meat, and perfectly cooked noodles and rice. We ordered a little bit of everything and enjoyed it all. We took very few pictures because we couldn't put our forks down – it was just that good!

I?ve never been so excited about a restaurant opening. Or in this case re-opening. The menu states that it?s the same ownership and chefs as before the fire but that?s the farthest thing from the truth. This new abbreviated menu no longer has any eggplantdishes. The chicken is a lower quality that has taste and texture of a cafeteria in a hospital. The garlic used in their garlicnoodle dish?s are not of quality. They?re not using fresh garlic. Even the tap water had a crummy, almost plastic like taste. See for yourself. I was remarkably disappointed by everything. So sad.
