Chipotle Mexican Grill - Temple Terrace

This is by far the worse Chipotle I?ve ever been to. Rice taste like they left it out overnight and started serving it again the next day. Taste all cold and rock hard without even trying to reheat it. Guacamole looks the same, looks like they left it out overnight to make it turn all dark green. Sour cream and Queso seem as if they found a batch from 6 months ago and started serving it. All the oils separating making a layer of liquid at the top and smelling rancid. The chicken and steak also taste as if they left it out to dry in the sun, it?s almost like eating 10 year old jerky. All of these happen consistently and it?s only this Chipotle that doesn?t service fresh food. You all might think I?m over exaggerating but it?s the truth. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe it?s because I came in so early they didn?t realize they left it out. This is about the 10th time I?ve been here and all of those times were terrible. Every single time I?ve reported it on the Chipotle app they just give me a free meal but nothing changes with this specific Chipotle. It?s as if they don?t care about the quality of their food and only care about saving a little bit of money. Never go to this Chipotle, go the extra mile or 2 to the next one to get your moneys worth.

Simply gross? employees serve the food at night like it?s a state prison, mixing ingredients, knocking things over, and scraping food from counters back into prep bowls. My worst experience with Chipotle to date.

I don?t understand the bad reviews. I?ve been here 3 times now and everytime my portion is good, service is quick and food tastes great. Employees are always very nice too. Will definitely be back

Somehow they?ve managed to incorrectly make my order even when I ordered in person. I asked for steak burritos, yet they were 70% rice 30% Veggies. And the carnitas bowl? Also veggies. Thanks, guys. You ruined my lunch break.

Chipotle has completely fallen off the map. All locations run out of fajitas and guacamole 10 hours before close. Being a vegetarian these two food items are crucial for me so it is a complete disappointment and makes the burrito less than sub par. I hope this is a shortage issue and not to milk the consumer for more profit to bolster their bottom line. This company has lost a lot of respect from me these past few months?
