Contribuiți la feedbackI had a terrible experience at the drive-thru. I ordered 2 steak biscuits for $5 and asked to add egg to one of them. Despite repeating my request four times, the staff seemed confused. After a long wait and receiving the wrong order, I finally got my food but it was undercooked and inedible. The biscuits were raw and falling apart, making it impossible to eat. I had to go elsewhere for a meal because I couldn't stomach the food I received. Overall, it was a disappointing and frustrating experience.
I ordered an egg biscuit with a side of Bo-Tato Rounds, but my order was wrong. Instead of receiving the correct order, I was given an egg cheese biscuit. I attempted to call the restaurant to address the issue, but unfortunately they did not answer the phone. Since I was already at work, I was unable to return the biscuit. To make matters worse, I did not receive a receipt with my order.
The food quality was good. I ordered a 2-piece chicken breast and wing with two sides: dirty rice and mashed potatoes. I would have rated this location higher, but unfortunately, since it is a franchise, they do not accept promotions from the Bojangles App.
Went thru drive thru at 9am thus morning, sat for 15 minutes no one took order. Went to drive thru window the young lady says what are you having I said Good Morning, again she says What are you having , this time with much attitude and rudeness. I simply pulled off if you speak to a dog he 'll wag his tail. Meaning even dogs will speak. Customer service goes a long way with me when I 'm spending my HARD EARNED MONEY!!!
HORRIBLE!! Spent $50 on door dash just to receive the wrong order . Done purposely!! EVERYTIME you got there at night they claim there is no chicken . You can see how dirty the store is from the drive thru window . I don?t even know why I bother. Thank God I was refunded through door dash because getting the staff to answer the phone is to much to ask!!
