Horrible Service! I was going to wait until tomorrow to leave this review. But I 'm upset enough, I feel like I need to do it now. Today is Sunday Aug 11th. 8:30pm. We sat down in the corner booth with our family of 5. We were seated by the hostess. She was very nice. A young man brought chips and salsa to our table. The waitress was a young lady. But obviously not the most intelligent person. She came to the table to take our drink order. She was writing it down, but I guess she can 't read her own writing. She repeated it back wrong. Thought we had it corrected, but I guess she lost her drink order. Because she brought the wrong drinks.... how hard can it be when 3 of the 5 drinks are tea..... Okay, move forward.. she comes back 2 min later for the food order. She takes the order... and get this... she NEVER came back to the table. A nice young man brought the food out. Asked if we needed anything. And another young man brought us more chips. The waitress never came back to ask if we needed anything. She never came to refill drinks. We start to stand up to leave, and we are looking around for our waitress so we can pay.. where is she?? She is at the bar, chatting it up, flirting with 2 guys. She finally comes over as we have all gotten up from the table. I said oh there you are, haven 't seen you, thought you left! She had no response. The food was delicious as always. It 's why it 's our favorite place to stop on our drive. I have it bookmarked in my favorites on Google maps. But if we ever walk in there and see her again, I will not have her as my waitress! And a piece of advice for the pretty young lady. Looking so desperate for attention is not that attractive. A real man would respect a hard-working woman who handles her job.

Excellent little spot on a road trip after a long day. Greeted very quickly and in a friendly manner as well. The service was excellent got our drinks immediately and was served chips and salsa promptly as well the salsas were 2 red salsas and a very nice bean dip. I ordered the birria quesadillas which were excellent, I only personally regret not ordering some consumme on the side for dipping but everything that came with it was perfect excellent guacamole and pico with some sour cream. Delicious birria flavor on perfectly toasted tortillas. Overall highly recommend.

This place was good in the late 90s but it's been inconsistent beyond the new millennium. Would it kill them to actually serve real fajita instead of mystery dog meat? Also the dude at the intercom has a real attitude problem it's like reliving the stand-up routine of George Lopez. Another mediocre Tex-Mex dump in Central Texas that people think is good food. Gross.
