Five Guys - Temple

First off Alicia, the cashier that was there today was absolutely precious I got a promo meal from a bad experience at another location and she had a hard time applying the discount. Her manager was very understanding helpful. In fact not only was this manager helpful she was also working the grill. So in other words their managers at Five Guys literally put in elbow grease them selves. She cheerfully took my promo order as well as the order I paid for. There was a line behind me yet she remained patient. The kitchen staff was equally professional cheerful. Our burgers fries were absolutely delicious. We also ordered a peanut butter chocolate shake a salted caramel. Both were thick rich. We all ordered bacon cheeseburgers they did not cheap out on the bacon. Just so you know a large fry is massive. We ordered two, which was absolutely way too much food. But thats not a bad thing. 4 of us could not finish them Very fresh delicious. Keep up the great work yall!!!! Also we ordered both kind of fries,cajun regular. Both very good.We love the soda fountains, endless options. Thanks again!

This is your typical 5 Guys experience. You can always count on a delicious, messy burger, excellent service, a spotless environment, and a bag overflowing with fries. I wanted to highlight this particular location because I had a little incident during our visit. One of the six kids I was with accidentally dropped their strawberry shake. The staff graciously insisted that I didn't need to help clean it up, and they never displayed any annoyance at the situation. That’s what I consider great service. Even though I've stopped eating meat, I still take my kids there for their meals.

I arrived late to grab a couple of burgers and fries to take out. The service was quick, and the food was hot and fresh. I really appreciate that they offer peanuts in the shell to enjoy at your table. The server was speedy and very friendly. The portion sizes are generous, especially the fries, which I love, along with the seasoned salt that comes with them!

The burger is consistently fresh and tasty, though it could benefit from a bit more seasoning. The fries are fantastic as well, and the portion sizes are generous even for the smallest order, although I occasionally find one or two that are stale. It is a bit on the pricey side, but overall, it's a fantastic place that I definitely visit often!

If you're a fan of burgers and fries, this place is a must-visit! I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, especially paired with a delicious peanut butter malt. Everything was so tasty! They offer a great selection as well, which is worth checking out. The restaurant is very clean and has a lovely atmosphere. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially for first-time visitors. While the prices are a bit on the higher side, once you see and taste the food, you'll find it completely worthwhile.
