DQ offers the best burgers and Blizzards. The food is consistently hot and fresh. While it might be a bit pricey, the friendly staff is what keeps me returning. I always request extra candy in my Blizzard, and they’ve never let me down when it comes to generous portions.

The ice is always soft when I go. Starting to have that McDonald’s feeling of “Sorry we clean our machine”.

A REALLY BAD restaurant, staff is always rude, ice machine does not work or it is a new machine, or it is 7:29:59 and they stop making Ace cream. Oberverwaltung does nothing to fix the problems, Will never go to this place again

As others mentioned, there is a problem getting ice in the evening. It is hit or miss when you get soft ice cream after 19:30. I stopped about 6 months ago, because too often when I went there in the evening, the ice machine was not ready. What they really mean is they're turning it off so they can get out early. Anyway, since some time has passed, I decided to give them another chance, came there at 20:00, guess, no ice. It's ridiculous, DQ is known for ice and they should be open until 10:00. I hope the franchise owner reads these messages.
