Burger King - Temple

The only reason I’m writing this review is to highlight the exceptional customer service provided by Valerie. She went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied when we left the restaurant. Unfortunately, the mobile app is not great, but I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge Valerie—she truly rocks!

The morning staff is incredibly energetic and clearly enjoys their work! The manager is always in a great mood when we visit and makes an effort to greet us by name every time!

Restaurant was extremely clean, fresh delicious food, services was excellent, the Mangr on duty Alfredo went beyond of a good custumer service, best BK that I ever been in

The Shroom- Swiss melt is delicious as are the cheesy tots. Asked for pickles on 1 and got pickles on both.

Used the location in Belton to meet up with family from Huston. It was great! Plenty of space for all of us and the employees were wonderful and allowed us to hang around for almost 2 hrs while we talked with the family. We all had a great time THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!
