Bold Republic Brewing Company - Temple

The staff here are fantastic, and the food is delicious! Pat, the owner, is an outstanding brewer. Make sure you don’t miss BRBC on your beer tour when you’re in Temple or Belton. The outdoor tables have scan-to-order menus, so you can have drinks and food delivered right to you. Soon, they’ll be setting up a music stage and an outdoor bar as well. There’s plenty of shade, plus a playground and lawn games to keep the kids entertained.

The beer has definitely improved. The food was amazing, especially the fries and cheese curds. The music selection was spot on, featuring a nice blend of country and 90's hits courtesy of Wade Ralston. Although it was quite hot outside, the cover over the picnic tables made a significant difference. There were also plenty of activities for the kids, including a large field for cornhole and a playground. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, although parking was limited. Just be sure to park on the street instead of the preschool next door, as I witnessed a car being towed from there. All in all, it was a wonderful outing, though I do wish the beer wasn't priced at $8 per glass.

What a fantastic discovery! The staff here is friendly and genuinely helpful. They have an impressive selection of wines, beers, and mimosas, and they even offer beer flights. While they don’t have wine flights, it would be a great addition! The seating options include both indoor space and a covered patio. They do have food options available, though we didn’t sample any ourselves. On Wednesday nights, they host Greek-themed trivia for drinkers, and there’s even axe throwing! They’re also planning to open a second bar at the location soon. It's a family-friendly spot with a small playground area for kids, making it a great place for everyone.

Went in for a few drinks and I had an amazing time here, hands down the best food experience I have had in the area. The burgers are big and juicy, wings were excellent, I also had the voodoo mac n cheese which was a fun time with lobster and breaded layer on top. Drink menu specially crafted and enhanced the experience overall, I could see a lot of time and care went in to it. This was overall a great atmosphere, experience, and time well spent.

This is a MUST stop for drinks and dinner! Honestly, we weren't expecting much when we chose this brewery for dinner. But we were pleasantly surprised with how inviting and delicious this place was. The location is very kid friendly, even has a playground! The beer was unique, while still being approachable. But the best thing was the food! Chef Ben is doing some stellar work with his menu. We had the pretzel, kids mac and cheese, the bacon burger, and bread pudding and all were fantastic! Also, you HAVE to order the hush puppies, some of the best we've ever had. We definitely will be here again soon!
