Wendy's - Tempe

Love this location! It?s right next to the mall and storage. Love it for real tho. It gets busy for sure I mean look at the location it?s hot right now. Anyway be cool staff is friendly and helpful so enjoy the place Ps. If you fancy a fire flame ???? breakfast get the bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Crispy bacon. Way better than the Mickey d?s tho you?ll see :

I ordered the avocado salad for $8 and got a large drink for free by using their mobile app and an available offer. The salad was enjoyable, but I believe it should be priced closer to $6.

When my husband called back to explain the situation, the manager accused him of lying, insisting that we had already picked up the food. This was baffling, as such an accusation had happened to us before. The manager, Andrew, wouldn't listen to my husband and even questioned how the store could know I hadn't picked up the food myself before he arrived. Instead of resolving the issue or offering a refund, the manager just made excuses and treated us with disrespect, leveling false accusations over a meal that cost no more than $16. I could understand if it was a larger order, but was all this hostility really necessary? I used to enjoy Wendy's, but after this experience, I won't be ordering from there again. The way we were treated was unacceptable.

This used to be one of my favorite spots for a quick and satisfying meal. However, I've had to leave and find alternatives for the past two days. Yesterday, when I tried to use the drive-thru, I was informed that their systems were down and they weren't taking orders. Today, I walked in at the same time as a woman and her daughter. The man at the register took their order and then told me he would be with me shortly. Instead, he walked away, and after about five minutes of waiting while the line behind me kept growing, I still hadn't been helped. If it weren't for my previously positive experience here (which earned a 5-star rating), I would rate this visit just one star instead of two.

Never busy when I go on my lunch at 11am, can easily get in and out. They still have vanilla frosty, which I like since places don't. Quick, easy meal.
