Papa Johns Pizza - Tempe

For my second order, I called ahead to ensure my complaint was in the system since the manager had been so unhelpful previously. The young man who answered initially couldn’t find my order either, but after speaking to the manager, he remembered it. I was hopeful, especially as I had placed another order for an additional person. I assumed there wouldn’t be any issues this time. But when I picked up my food, guess what? It was wrong again. The manager acted annoyed, saying it'd take 20 minutes to fix it. They included banana peppers when I specifically asked for them on the side. I got a bad feeling and started keeping an eye on the situation. I was shocked to see him handle my peppers directly with his bare hands instead of using gloves. When I pointed this out, the manager yelled at the staff member, saying he had instructed everyone to use gloves all week. When I asked the manager what he could do for me since this was the second time my order was wrong, he looked me in the face and said he didn't have time for me. After that, he gave me a customer support number, which I still need to reach out to, as I haven't heard anything from the company yet. It’s just so disappointing, especially since this is the closest Papa John's to us.

I decided to order from this restaurant to support my daughter's school fundraiser, but I had a terrible experience with customer service. This was my first time ordering Papa John's pizza, and it will likely be my last.

The quality and quantity of the toppings were excellent! I felt sorry for the staff, a minor and a driver, who were handling everything without any management. They did a fantastic job and remained friendly throughout.

This place deserves zero stars. I ordered two pizzas and drinks for my kids. They gave me bread sticks and a smashed by style pizza. I ordered some type of cola and the delivery driver came with two other drinks and gave me root beer. Not a single part of my order was correct. I called to speak to the manager and the employees say she's not there. Then I finally speak to her and she's sweating at me saying I should've called earlier and she doesn't care.
