Contribuiți la feedbackUnfortunately, the drive-thru is incredibly differentiated at this point. 1. they have my quite simple order wrong 3 of the 6 times I went there. 2. if they want anything not included in their actual order (fork, serviette, soße for their eier role, lucky cookies) they need to put them specifically after it b. check them out the bag before they leave because it can have made the bag or not. management must work seriously on training.
Really disappointing. I never write reviews for bad experiences, as I somehow debridled it to other factors and possibly at the wrong place to the wrong time. However, after more than 20 minutes waiting to stand in the actual restaurant, see other customers go up and order more to get served immediately while other customers wait for already purchased food, tells that they make it fresh for them. only to come home and have their double part of the item 5 small pieces of bark and a plate full of unseasonal, bland broccoli. I just wait for that due to personal lack, but it was obvious that there was no clear organization or communication in this panda. it is very frustrating spending for eating that was not what they expect, plus wait for 20 minutes for someone to simply scoop it up and order. sad, will not return.
As recommended, I went to their official website and did as desired, but got no answer. I have almost no longer invested time in this, unfortunately I have done because my efforts to help this place, back to an acceptable level of service, completely unnoticed. I was withdrawn I was asked to communicate my experience for the second time when I made the information available very clearly on a web page easily accessible. one would assume that those responsible for the management of reviews for the company's Yelp account or location know how to get incorrect information in the right hands within panda express and show interest in my experience that I have provided the details. Instead, they commissioned the customer who has already taken time out of the day to inform them about the sinking service on this site. that was not to beat this place, I just want to see that it is better to get the service I once had. unfortunately my current impression is not her team on the same page.
I wanted to go in, no one in the line, manager saw us go, but decided to ignore us, as he and the other employees had only a personal conversation. drive them on the back, no one in the diner still decided to ignore us. the terrible service was particularly surprised by the manager who decided to continue his conversation and not to manage the load as he should.
We always like Panda Express but stay away from 40th and Chandler Ave in Ahwatukee. The female serving was less than friendly and the food was so stale we couldn't eat it once we got home. Very disappointing- and the negative attitude didn't help.
