Outback Steakhouse Tempe

I have never been a fan of Outback, but my wife and kids insisted on eating here. When our food arrived, we found a cockroach in the potatoes. The manager offered to remake our food or give us something else, but we declined and left. I will never bring my family back to Outback. This experience was disgusting and my kids are now traumatized. Just see the picture for yourself.

My friends and I went to Outback for dinner on Saturday night and we were extremely impressed! The food was delicious, especially the ribs which were tender and flavorful. Our server, Maxwell, was attentive without being overbearing. It was clear that he genuinely enjoyed his job and took pride in providing excellent service. We were happy to leave him a generous tip for his hard work. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience at Outback.

Went here just the other day to celebrate our anniversary. Had a wonderful time. The service was great and the food was exceptional. My wife had lobster and I had prime rib. Both were cooked to perfection. Played a trick on our server by asking for the manager, and let him know how wonderful everything was. They never hear the good things, and we like to let them know when that happens as well. Will definitely be back here again

Great service. Had a business meeting and the server did a great job of checking on us but not too often while we were talking. The booming burger was perfectly cooked and the sauce it comes with really makes the burger. Good spot for lunch.

We went to this restaurant for dinner on Veterans Day (11/11/22). The Bloomin' Onion appetizer was a letdown as it was too salty and slightly burnt. Luckily, it was complimentary because it wasn't worth the $10.99 price tag. However, the Seared Ahi appetizer was delicious as always. For entrees, my husband enjoyed the perfectly cooked Prime Rib with baked potato and broccoli, although I found the broccoli too salty and soft for my liking. I ordered the Kingsland Steak Shrimp Pasta, which was alright but not something I would order again. The Thunder and Lightning dessert was amazing, especially the butter cake which was my favorite. The service provided by Felicia was excellent. Thank you.
