I usually pick up from this location and normally they will greet you or at least acknowledge you're there if waiting. I went in today and I guess there was only one employee there but he did not bother to say hello I'll be right with. He just ignored me. He finally looked at me and I smiled. He rolled his eyes and kept ignoring me while making a sandwich. I walked out.
