Garcia's Mexican - Tempe

For a Friday evening the service was very fast. in the minute we sat our chips, salsa and beans-dip was rushed over lol! we had a great waiter. very friendly and helpful. eating was crazy delicious! the bohnentauchgang was so delicious that I had to take the largest part of my meal home. loved the ambiente des restaurants. authentic, warm and cozy.

A very friendly locals spot. They have good service and reasonable prices. I would recommend if you want a more casual authentic Mexican food restaurant.

I typically order take out from this location , the food is always flavorful and the portions filling. I decided to dine in this time. Food was good as usual. However the non stop Reggaeton music ruined the restaurants ambience. reggaetón is a music style from Panama and was later popularized in Puerto Rico. Not Mexico.

I came here on a Wednesday afternoon. I tried the chimichanga appetizer, a margarita and the flautas entree. The only item I liked were the chimichangas even though they tasted like any frozen chimichangas you could buy from the store. Not bad but not restaurant quality good. The margarita tasted too artificially fruity and barely any alcohol. The flautas were okay, but the rice was really unpleasant, nothing like Spanish rice, it was cold and too bulbous and didn't taste like anything. And the refried beans weren't great either.

Love this place! Staff was so helpful and attentive. The place was very clean. Food is so good.
