Einstein Bros. Bagels - Tempe

The manager is so rude they gave me the wrong item and I told them it was incorrect. They gave me so much attitude and the manager then told me I need to be clearer next time. Please treat your customers better

Always good but inflation has caused the bagels to shrink in size.

Extremely rude and none of the workers truly understand English and refused to fix my order.

Hard working students here, and it's not Starbucks. You can get a coffee in a few minutes.

The manager was rude. There was no one in line and she was rushing her cashier to count the 10 coins I gave him (at 10:30 AM so they weren't close to closing or anything). They messed up my order, and when I asked the manager for it to be corrected, she acted like it was my fault. (I asked for a bagel untoasted and cut, but in her rush she handed me an uncut bagel from the basket and proceeded to act like I never asked for it to be cut in the first place). Eventually I got my bagel, but it was clearly a negative customer experience... 2 stars for the nice employee who actually read the order and had a cut bagel ready when the manager went to fix my order (African American guy with the tats nicest guy everytime I go)
