California Pizza Kitchen At Tempe Marketplace

We placed an order for three pizzas, salad, and corn tonight. They told us to pick it up at 6:10, so I arrived at 6:08. They were able to confirm and pack my order right away. We live just six minutes from the restaurant, but when we got home, all the pizzas and corn were barely warm. If the food was ready that quickly, they should have either called us or waited until we arrived. It was disappointing to spend $70 on food that we hoped would be hot. I’m only giving an extra star because the salad was good.

Overall, it was a good experience. While the service could have been improved a bit, it was satisfactory. I believe the best service is when you don't have to remind staff about things like refills, as they tend to forget. But as I mentioned, it was still a good time. I really enjoyed the food, just like my friend did. I love the variety of pizzas they offer on the menu. I recommend giving it a try sometime!

I was not in a CPK in years, but decided to stop at the Tempe Market Place location. I didn't regret it. The restaurant is wide open and has a great atmosphere. It is clean and bright. We sat immediately and quickly welcomed by a friendly and helpful server. The pizza was as good as I remember. I had the barbecue chicken pizza. It was perfect. The loaded potato soup was incredibly delicious. The visit was perfect!

One of my fave restaurants. I always have a great experience the food is always delicious when I come. My fave is the Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower. 10/10
