We stood in front of the counter for 10 minutes while three women behind the register just stared at us. None of them acknowledged our presence. Although they may have been busy, a simple acknowledgment would have been appropriate. Unfortunately, they did not provide any sort of greeting. Due to this lack of service, along with the sticky floor, I will not be returning to this place and will not recommend it to my friends.
This restaurant in Phoenix is not recommended at all. They have a complete disregard for their customers' time and money. The service is slow, the place is dirty, and the manager is running things poorly. You would be better off saving your money and going to a shaved ice stand for better quality.
I've always been ordering a few from here, so I was curious to try the Acai bowl. I preordered the bowl and for $10 it is not worth it at all. there are more toppings than the Acai base. I also asked for no cocosm, but they put so much in and on the bowl. I would? ve asked her to repair my order, but it already took 30 minutes to get my shaved ice, I didn't want to wait anymore. when I picked up my order, there was only one person who shaved and ordered a person. two workers came from behind and out (not what they did) but when they finally came out, they spent more time to flirt and to be assaulted as with the workers who commanded and did. I asked if they had more lyche taste and one of the young gave me a disgusting look and was rude about it. I assume that this job is probably the first for many employees, but they could be much more professional. total, disappointing service and products.
My family had a terrible experience today at this location. First, we had some a*hole in a huge trailer cut us off in the drive thru. Then, we could not use our loyalty rewards card because they no longer do that . The girl said we could get 30% off for the inconvenience but only at the beginning of the transaction. They have an App now for rewards. (I don 't do apps for rewards since they take up too much room on my phone When we finally get our shaved ices we ordered larges and noticed after leaving that 1 was a medium. We overlooked this since the place was VERY busy and we did not want to go in since (Covid IS still around . then I take a few bites of my Lime shaved ice and the middle is just plain ice because these young girls were not even smart enough to make a shaved ice correctly in addition to not get an order correct. (It may sound harsh but you only had 3 items to make and they are SIMPLE! Just 1 flavor and 1 size!! Looks really bad since we had just come from Chick-fil-a and they had a complicated order and got it right and were WAY busier. Reply to owner: Seriously? The app is the only thing you have something to say about? SMH
