The manager and server provided excellent service! The food was absolutely delicious.

I've been here probably a dozen times before, but this visit wasn't up to par. The food was decent, but the wait was too long for what you receive. I usually give this place a five-star rating, but I was a bit disappointed with the overall atmosphere this time. When you order sashimi and rolls and have to wait a long time between each dish, it really disrupts the flow of the meal. The server was fine, but it just didn't quite hit the mark.

This visit to Umi's was not the dining experience we have come to expect. It was clear that the main team had changed, as the way situations were managed reflected that shift. While 70% of our order was expertly prepared by the sushi staff and served promptly, it took the kitchen over 45 minutes to deliver a lobster tail that was overcooked and dry, along with a four-piece shrimp cocktail served on ice. We understand that there may have been other issues at play, and we hope they will be resolved soon.

The service was excellent, and our waiter was both honest and offered fantastic recommendations. I ordered sushi rolls and sake, and they were absolutely delicious. I will definitely return here on our next visit.

As always, the staff at Umi makes us feel like family. Ray's careful management of the daily operations is as seamless as the finest gelato creations. Ethan, along with Miki, Rika, and Jacob, truly exemplify excellence, setting a standard for the new team members to follow. We were particularly impressed by the attentiveness of Jennifer and Jonathan. We can't wait to return soon and share our experience with family members visiting from out of town.
