Sushi Camp - Temecula

The wait time is absolutely terrible. This is the third time I've placed an order, and it's arriving 30 minutes later than expected. Their estimated wait times are completely unrealistic!

The tempura batter lacked flavor, but it had a nice crunch. The tuna roll featured thin, small pieces of fresh fish. The eel was quite tasty, though it was a bit dry on the outside; however, the thick teriyaki dipping sauce complemented it well. The portions were a good size, but I typically prefer a more moist presentation. I believe I should explore some different menu options next time.

Both the Salmon Teriyaki and the Veg Tempura were delicious.
