Rubio's Coastal Grill - Temecula

Lots of changes over the last year. I've been going since he opened in SD and this might be my last time!

Unclear as to why this place has so many reviews, me and my finance went here and when we ordered they only wrote down one order and only brought one plate which was pretty pricey already he had to go back and re ask for his order, my plate had barley any steak in it and it came back cold, the restaurant itself needs some AC it’s hot outside and it’s so hot in there as well please do better.

The food was good, I wish there was a bit more protein, the staff were very kind and welcoming, the salsa bar is nice. It was a good first experience, I am willing to go back with friends.

Taylor is the sweetest worker ever. Such a bright and positive soul. Big shoutout to her. Food was good, everything was clean and neat and quick.

Quality went extremely downhill. My fish taco was soggy. I'd go elsewhere and pay 2/3 less for a soggy fish taco but this used to be a consistent spot to get a well cooked fish taco done right. Not anymore I guess Sauces are still awesome at least so I'll still come to rubios as it holds a special spot in my heart
