Pechanga Fried Chicken - Temecula

Service was really good. The atmosphere was your basic sports bar vibe. Food was presented well but the ribs were over smoked and dry and tri tip sandwich was fairly basic. I did get the crab Louie sandwich and while there was a large portion of crab it didn't have much flavor. Ranch had a really weird taste. I think this would be good to just have basic food/beer and watch the games but not for a nice dinner.

We saw our server once when he took our order, and again when he brought the food. That was it. We even had to stop him to ask for the check. They have limited service, higher prices, and the menu has changed. Just not what it once was.

I have eaten there a few times and was disappointed by the price for what I ordered. We use to get a vegetable and some type of rice dish. This time, we only got salmon with a few little pieces of veggies. Not even bread was provided. It was a total waste of money for just a piece of fish. I will no longer eat there. I always enjoyed the salmon. They also took away the sangria a while ago. We always enjoyed the sangria too!

To start, the coffee was lukewarm at best. Our server brought a new carafe that was just slightly warmer. The service was very slow and when my plate of Texas style brisket was served, the meat was cold on the plate while the potatoes were piping hot in its own ramekin. The plate of meat was probably sliced and sitting and waiting. It had good flavor, just cold.

Service was not good. Food was okay, overpriced for what we got. Ribs were dry unfortunately. French fries looked like they were pulled from a frozen bag. Would likely not come back here in the future.
