Contribuiți la feedbackThree of us visited this restaurant during the week, and we had an outstanding experience thanks to our bartender, Royce. He was fantastic and incredibly attentive. After about an hour, I noticed that he was also taking care of about six or seven other tables. I observed how he delivered exceptional service to each table, as well as to everyone at the bar, never missing a beat. Having worked in the service industry for many years, I was truly impressed with how he managed multiple customers while working with limited staff. Thank you!
They went above and beyond to accommodate our group, and the food and drinks were excellent. Thank you for everything!
Next, we ordered the seared halibut served with Okinawa sweet potato, haricots verts, and habanero beurre blanc. This dish was also a big letdown. While the sweet potatoes were delicious and the fish had a nice crust, the halibut itself was overcooked and tough to cut, resulting in a dry texture. The beurre blanc sauce was greasy and broken, lacking any spiciness that could have really enhanced the dish's flavor. I had high hopes based on the menu descriptions, but sadly, the food did not live up to expectations. On a brighter note, the beer and cocktails were good, but I wouldn't recommend coming for the food. The menu definitely over-promises compared to what was served.
Crush and Brew is located on Front Street with lots of parking available behind the restaurant and in the surrounding area. The server was friendly when we visited. The menu is limited, but still a good variety of options. We had the BBQ Chicken Flatbread and it was good. We were only looking to share something while we had a drink, so it was just the right size. If looking for a meal, it is not big enough to share. The combination of ingredients provided a unique taste. The Moscow Mule was as to be expected, nothing out of the ordinary. If visiting for the speakeasy, the door is easy to find.
Just a poor excuse of a chef trying to stroke his ego in the kitchen. The food is awful under and over cooked on the same plate no consistency I can only imagine how he handles his kitchen.SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING AND THE DRINKS WERE NEXT LEVELPlease hire a real chef in your kitchen this poor excuse for food isn't going to cut it
