Big Billies - TELLURIDE

I've been dining at Big Billies for over 10 years whenever I take my kids skiing. I usually don’t have very high expectations—after all, it's just burgers, fries, and chicken fingers. But last weekend was a pleasant surprise! Not only do they have an impressive salad bar, complete with a lovely woman who thoughtfully prepared my salad, but they also offer sides of grilled tempeh and grilled tofu! To top it off, I discovered that the cook in the open kitchen, named Romaine, was incredibly friendly and warm in her interactions with customers. The women behind the counter were all kind, helpful, and positive. Overall, it was a fantastic experience! So much so that I felt compelled to write a review. Great job, Big Billies!

The restaurant has a cafeteria-style setup, offering delicious food at reasonable prices compared to other spots on the mountain. The grilled chicken sandwich and burrito are outstanding. The staff is very friendly and attentive, ensuring that the tables are kept clean and available for guests.

This is a great spot to grab lunch on the mountain. The food is decent, and the location is extremely convenient. It is quite pricey, but that's typical for a mountain setting.
