Gut Edermann - Teisendorf

The good edermann has convinced me both as a wellness hotel with luxury wellness landscape as well as as as really very good restaurant.While I found our room (medium category) as very modern, super clean and great view on the alpen very good, however with an equipment in good upmarket middle class level (bed and matraze best-in-class, the rest rather simple/normal)

We have been in good edermann for 3 days. the room and the hotel were clean. the entire plant is missing from the last ground (cracked in the clean, moldy silicone joints in the shower, open current distribution cans in the outside area etc). nothing really crass but in this price is not suitable. the dinner was okay, but just fine. the breakfast was great, a lot of choice and great. drinks on the bar are expensive. the wellness area is modern and clean. the beloved vehicle parks on a Scottish parking lot. Conclusion: the services do not correspond to the price category.

On a handbook were advertised in a good edermann. we went.It already started with the reservation: when I ordered a table for seven people, was printed around and pretended to be almost nothing free, which turned out to be untrue. when we read the menu we thought of an error: it was an appetizer and a main dish with wild included. when we asked, we received a strange statement that I had not noticed. When we had ordered, the above came back a little later and explained that he had yet another wild dish. but only three people were able to order it. now the good news: it has tasted excellent, but such strange incidents we have experienced more often in the good edermann.

On 14th august at the event "jedermann im edermann". eaten before the preliminary. our reserved place on the terrace lay in the great afternoon sun. the restaurant manager on this evening was not in the position to provide a satisfactory solution of this problem, but was hard to do azubi tasks in which she smashed the guests on a list and led to their places. the competent waiter solved the problem in which he simply left us on the table and referred to the restaurant manager who never came and then, after I went to the search for her, also reacted patty. we then sweated at high summer temperatures. the food was good and compensated us something, the event later also. the waitresses nervten with their memorized service standard texts. therefore only satisfactory overall. it just annoys if the service is not true.
