The Barn Owl, Kingskerswell

We have been eating here for a number of months both on weekdays and Sunday roast. The food is always of a good standard and the staff very friendly. I recommend it whole heartedly.

Staff could not be more professional and personable. We were served by Gerald who was superb, swift, engaging and polite. Food was absolutely excellent. We had the lasagne, 1/2 roast chicken, sirloin steak and gammon. All beautiful. Couldn’t believe how many chips we got. Extra of onion rings, again cooked beautifully. Thank you all for such a lovely meal!

Had a great evening here. Menu choice was smaller than it used to be so they could concentrate on the quality of food they provided. Food, quality and quantity was very good. I would highly recommend visiting. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

Lovely cosy country pub. I have been going there for years. It has changed hands recently and what a difference. The food is fantastic fast efficient service to my table of 5. My three course meal was £42. Which included 2 gin and tonics. I was very impressed. We are planning a return meal with more people next time. I have never known the Barn Owl to be full at 7 pm on a Wednesday night. Parking very good . Would recommend booking your table. They are closed on Mondays. No on line reservations you need to phone them through.
