Taco Bell - Tecumseh

This Taco Bell location is extremely disappointing. The regional manager, Courtney, seems to do as she pleases, often spending hours chatting with the managers while leaving the rest of the staff to handle things on their own. The store manager, Brooklyn, is lazy and often in a bad mood. The quality of the food here is subpar - you'd be better off making your own tacos at home. Both Courtney and Brooklyn are clearly not very good at their jobs, spending more time playing games on their phones or taking frequent smoke breaks than actually managing the restaurant.

This Taco Bell location in Michigan is the worst. The food, service, and atmosphere all scored a 1 out of 10.

I would not recommend this Taco Bell location. I placed an order on the app for the drive-thru, but when I arrived, the line did not move for 20 minutes. When I tried to go inside to get my food, I found the door closed with employees sitting in the lobby on their phones/computers. One of them even mocked me for attempting to enter. By the time I received my food, it was cold due to the long wait.

Worst service EVER!! Ordered online, still took 45 minutes to get our food. I understand being short staffed if that's the case, but if there's time to blatantly have social hour there's zero reason people should be waiting in drive thru that long. Add on to this, OUR ORDERS WEREN'T EVEN RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
