McDonald's - Tecumseh

When I went to this restaurant for breakfast, it was very crowded. I thought I would have to wait a long time and that something would be wrong with my order, based on past experiences at other restaurants. However, everything went smoothly! The service was fast, the staff were polite, and my order was correct. I've been to other McDonald's locations that I would only give one star to, but this one has consistently provided me with good experiences.

I waited in my car for over ten minutes before receiving my order, which was prepared incorrectly and partially cold. However, the staff member who assisted me was friendly.

Every time I visit this restaurant and see the older woman at the first window, she never fails to brighten my day. She is kind, patient, and truly an invaluable asset to this place.

This store should have trained staff with some worth of customer service skill to work at this particular location. I went there this evening, ordered my complete meal and repeated my order twice and they messed up my order. When I went back 10mins after the Manager(supposedly) at 9.45pm on Sunday night whoever he is(did not get his name) was very rude and told me that I needed to pay again for my missing wrap and fries since it was ordered over an hour. I showed him the entire bag including receipt since I sat in the parking lot with my kids having our ice cream before checking my order and go back for them to fix it. How is this my fault and why do I need to pay again. I requested him review his camera to ensure I placed my order correctly and repeatedly however he refused to even listen to what I had to say with an attitude. I am extremely disappointed at this location and the type of service they provided at this store. I would recommend to anyone who is getting McDonald’s to go to another location and NOT this location as this is not the first time they messed up my order. I hope the higher management would address this with this young man and the crew there tonight.
