Foodpanda - Tebet

Today an incompetent driver could not find the proper delivery location. After multiple messages, all being read by the driver mind you, my delivery was cancelled. I also was stupid enough to pay online and of course they did not want to refund me. What a scam.

The restaurant failed to deliver our order and did not offer a refund. This is unacceptable.

Today, an incompetent driver could not find the right place of delivery. after several messages, all read by the driver, my delivery was canceled. I was also stupid enough to pay online and of course they didn't want to reimburse me. which was for one.

I had a very disappointing experience with foodpanda. They cancelled my order last minute while it was out for delivery without giving me any notice or attempting to contact me to confirm my address, even though I have ordered from them many times in the past.

We have been waiting for our order for over 30 minutes. I received an email saying it had been delivered, but we were told to wait even longer. Finally, the restaurant called to let us know that the food was not prepared. Very disappointing.
