Mangosteen Restaurant - TEA TREE GULLY

Nice setting although plain and inauthentic. lovely staff. Small servings, chicken looked like it had been blended. Definitely was not what I was expecting. Each dessert was styled the same, it was a little weird. I think the food really needs some work.

Lots of tasty dishes from the Asian continent. lots of flavour. Great wine list. Plenty of space between tables. restaurant very clean. What more could you want.

We ate here for a relatives birthday celebration and was so impressed ordered takeaway for my daughter in laws birthday tea at home. Really good food fed adults for which i thought was quite reasonable.

Lovely ambience, friendly staff great food. Stand-out dishes were the Fish Amok, Chargrilled Prawns BBC. Good selection of beers wines too. The perfect place for dinner with friends.

Each year half a dozen couples get together to celebrate our Birthdays which are in May. Mangosteens was chosen this year which presented us with a great selection of food. We ordered entrees and mains and deserts plus coffee, all servings were...delicious and of a generous size. The only down side of the night was that the venue its self was cold and uncomfortable also as we left one of our group request a glass of WATER only to be told We are now closing
