Not much else open on a Monday night. I had grilled salmon which was nice, we shared a doz oysters which were exceptional. Yum. Her curry not worth a repeat. Basically a pub, and quality to match - except the oysters ... really fresh, clean, cold and full of flavour.

We looked for somewhere to have dinner on Wednesday night during the holidays and apart from the local fish and chip shop nothing else appeared to be open in Tea Gardens. We decided to stop and have a meal there we were not disappointed with the fish, chips and salad meal. It was reasonably priced and a great serving. For the type of restaurant it is I have never had a bad meal or experience when you consider it is good honest pub food. It was clear by the empty plates around us that others were also enjoying the venue. Great food and a good price is excellent value if you are looking for somewhere suitable and relaxed as a family.

Lunch with the girls. Love the fish cone! Tried the steak was tough and very chewy. Fish was cooked fresh but the chips weren't that great.

We planned to take our mother to dinner for a well earned break but the arrogance and rudeness of the can't be bothered yawning hands on hips long haired idiot barman changed our mind ..so we 6 took our $$$ down the road where it was appreciated ..
