Chaba Cabana Resort

Upon arrival, we got served complimentary drinks. Already a great start! From the front desk, to the housekeeping, maintenance and servers, every staff was friendly and always helpful. I never felt like I was waiting on service for anything; they were always checking up on us. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was one of the best with an amazing oceanfront view! Breakfast with a great view was a good way to start each of my mornings. The pool/bar area was neat! The bar is right up on the pool and they allow you to have your drinks in the pool. They even come deliver it to you. You can also order food from their restaurant and have your meal either under the gazebo or on the beach chairs facing the ocean. They also have free standup paddle boards to use and a cute swing on the beach. I don’t have any complaints about this place!

Wife and I stayed here for two weeks. Our room was nice and clean and the staff throughout the resort were fantastic to deal with. Our stay included the buffet breakfast, which wasn’t large, but it still had lots of selection. There actually isn’t much of a beach because of the tide but you could walk out for quite a distance which was enjoyable. The pool is nice and deep and there is really only one area where you can swim as in the picture, the top portion is reserved for the two bungalows, and the other smaller area appears for kids. It is in a great location, off the busy strip, but just a taxi right away to many shops and restaurants. Even on our checkout, which was early this morning, the staff had take away breakfast bags for all the guests. I would actually describe it as a four star resort, but with the level of service and the price, I definitely give it a five star.

Our family enjoyed our stay here. It is a functional hotel that has all the amenities for a good vacation. It is neither low end nor high end, but a good balance for the value. Restaurant and pool are good. The beach is available at low tide. The service was extremely good! The menu was a balance of tasty Thai cuisine and international dishes. Sound travels here, so something to keep in mind if you are a light sleeper. Beds are firm and the room is a standard size. Also, you’ll likely want to take a taxi or song-tao to get into central Chaweng. Recommend the hotel! #travelthailand

Clean room, but high priced, you hear everything from the others in your room. Really noisy. You need to rent a motorbike to get around and into the more crowded or nicer areas. There is a great motorbike shop you can walk 5‘ away. Don’t rent any at the hotel. The airport taxi is highly priced recommend to use the Grab service.

An affordable establishment with incredibly supportive staff and delectable cuisine. Abundant breakfast choices are available, accompanied by a fantastic restaurant view. Situated along the coast, it embraces diversity and extends a warm welcome to all guests. Near the central mall and numerous restaurants.
