Legacy Casual Dining - Taylorsville

My family just came back from Legacy. We really enjoyed it. My husband and older son had the fish fry and said it was crispy on the outside and flaky on the inside, perfect. I had the steak dish and was very happy with it. My younger son had a rib and it was boiled directly, he said the cook had a heavy hand with the pepper mill. He didn't send it back and he was fine with it, but he mentioned it. We went there because we got a voucher in the post. If someone from Legacy reads this review, do this for Newcomers in the area. We didn't even notice there was a restaurant up there until we got the voucher!

We love this place! My husband and I have been here several times, so I am confident to share my assessment. The food is excellent and above all, consistent in its goodness! This is the only place where I've ever ordered a Sirloin steak and ate everyone.... I had now several family members take my recommendation to review Legacy and they also sent their friends. They all loved the food and plan to return. Love also the fried pickles! Secondly, the servers and owners are all topnotch folks and make it very well known that they take care of your time spent in their restaurant and that you have enjoyed the food prepared for you!! I give Legacy way over 5 stars for hospitality and delicious food! Go away from the chain restaurants and look at them!

We ate here last night and boy oh boy it's ever good. I order the ****. We had to wait for our food, but when it came out, it was so surprised by the size of the pig's stall. I couldn't eat, everything was so big and so much. It was worth it.

We drove 30 miles from Louisville to try this place. I can definitely say that it must be in my Top 3 favorite restaurant now! The food was fantastic...more than enough to finish. The staff was great and the atmosphere was great!! We will make more excursions there!

The food was phenomenal and we received it in less than 20 minutes. Service was great and the staff was amazing. Far more positive of an atmosphere than any other restaurant I have been to. Will definitely be coming back
