I went to this restaurant with the intention of working for a few hours. The employees were friendly and greeted me as I sat down with my laptop. When I asked for the WiFi password, the employee at the counter was nice but was interrupted by the manager, a white woman with short pink hair. She rudely asked if I was going to order something. Despite my intentions to order eventually, the employee hesitated to give me the password, citing not wanting to upset the manager. I typically work for a bit before ordering food when I get hungry, and I was puzzled by the urgency given that the restaurant was empty and I had no intention of leaving immediately after getting the password. I ended up leaving and going to Starbucks, where I didn't have to ask for the WiFi password. I felt sorry for the employees working under such a manager.

The manager with pink hair at this restaurant is awful. I feel sorry for all the staff, it's a disgrace that corporate would allow someone so rude and unprofessional to be in charge. I have noticed multiple complaints about this manager with pink hair, and she is definitely driving away customers and likely employees too. I won't be returning. As for the food, I would rate it a 1 out of 5.

I attempted to order a burrito and other food items at 7:33pm, but the young employee was too busy gossiping with her friend. They informed me that the ovens were turned off for the night and they were ready to leave early. It was disappointing to see them prioritize their personal conversation over customer service. Despite closing at 8:00pm, they seemed more interested in chatting with their friend who showed up during business hours. I will not be returning to this location.

I got an Italian soda here once and they had me hand the bottle to them and then bought it and didn't do the specific flavorings i wanted, just the bottle itself. i don't know if that employee was new, but i was kind of mad because the drink was really bitter without the flavorings. but, i come here every time and it's still so good! i recommend!
