I hope all Tim Hortons are not as bad as this one, the customer service is ridiculous and the manager is rude and needs more training or something he needs to learn how to treat people everybody don't know what to order and has to look at the outside menu. Yes you have people that come everyday and knows exactly what they want, I ordered a everything bagel with butter and cream cheese it had a pound of butter and a half of teaspoon of cream cheese and it wasn't even spreaded on the bagel and it wasn't even warm I asked for toasted! When I asked about my order he had the nerve to have an attitude... give me a break people deserve better from ALL of these fast food places!! Do better Man or quit your job and find another job that is not in customer service.

They could not break a $50!!Manager was rude about it.It's hard to believe that there wasn't $43 change in the register.I will go out of my way not to go there. I just wanted my coffee.

I went thru the drive thru, ordered a chicken sandwich meal. The sandwich was burnt. I took it back got the same thing burnt again. Got my money back less the tax. I was enjoying my coffee until the last few sips. A mouth full of coffee grains.Yuck ? ..
