Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Taylor

I was just in the line of popeyes on telegraph and 94 for an entire hour. when I raised the loudspeaker, it doesn't work to put an order. I'm waiting for order in the window. When I got into the window an hour later, they said they had absolutely no side! that is very unprofessional. everything it took was a courtesy sign on the loudspeaker explained, there are no more sides and draw to order on the window. that was a total waste of time and my family of 3 is still hungry! I will probably never return to this Popeyes site because the level of the service is too low.

Not good; the service, the cleanliness from the parking lot to inside, the quality of product, the speed of service is the slowest even when slow. 1 star for location, great location on Telegraph Road in Taylor but not enough to keep up with traffic of road/city. Do Not Recommend!

Wish I could give half a star or no star at all. Waited a full hour to reach the speaker only to be told they were out of chicken sandwiches. Couldn't they have posted that somewhere? Also the speaker is so old it makes it super difficult to order. My Cajun fries became Cajun rice which I don't like. Management should step up, surely there's a way to speed up service. Won't return here, kfc is down the street and chick FIL a a little further away.

Pulled up to the drive-thru the line was wrapped around the building per usual. Pull out my phone order online successfully. Finally make it to the order speaker after a half hour, Tell him I ordered online. He asks for my name and i give it, hesitation then he tells me to pull around. I wait for another 40 minutes finally making it to the window. He tells me he doesn't have an order for me at all. I show him my receipt he refuses to make the order just says sorry. Why didn't they tell me they didn't have my order at the effing SPEAKER!!!! It is currently drive-thru only why does it take you an hour to serve 10 vehicles! They're lucky they have that super security drive-thru window because theyre such a horrible service people would probably flip out and jump through it. The owner of this location really needs to reevaluate their business or just think about closing it because it's an embarrassment. I go to this location about once a year and then am reminded why I never go I've never waited less than an hour in their drive-thru. I wish I could give them zero stars. I will write bad reviews on every possible social media site I can about this location.

After having to wait 1 hour for and order of wings and a thigh and leg order we get soggy fries and a half serving of coleslaw.. REALLY .. YALL NEED TO DO BETTER... THIS IS RIDICULOUS. WANNA GIVE HALF STAR.. NOT RETURNING TO THIS RIDICULOUSNESS ?.
