We checked in on a whim, after getting a horrible Airbnb, we where attended to by Anahi, we where honestly in a bad mood as we are a family of 7 traveling and didn’t sleep. She understood our frustration and took care of our reservations. We met other employees Juan and Jonathan and even choose to stay extra nights and change our plans to stay longer just because we were so happy with there customer service. This was our second time and plan to come again. Our 1 night turned in to 5 nights. And we’ll your here don’t for get to look for Erica the street vendor of Sopes and quesadillas. Pros: Hotel is clean staff is wonderful. [hidden link]. Yes there is a lack of a pool.. but if you just ask they’ll take you to a near by hotel to utilize there pool and it is beautiful. Our new taxco home away from home.
